Kevin Saunders - AMIGA - 2019 in Review

2019 in Review

The year is nearly closing and I want to say a sincere heartfelt thankyou to all my Patreons.

https://www.patreon.com/KevinSaunders

While I am working on an official animation using the Amiga for the end of year celebrations I hope you enjoy the quick review of this very busy but amazingly fun year with the Amiga.

I am very proud to be part of "ReshootR" and "Rygar" release for 2019 and can't wait to bring out not only "Reshoot Proxima II" and "Iridium" but a few other surprises including some "BrillianceII" Tutorials. Before the end of this year I plan to post a few exclusive pics that have I have been working on, some experimental work for a future ECS shooter as well as other projects and insights to my plan/schedule for 2020.  As always I'd love to hear from you.

AMIGA Forever :)

Iridium - creating animated buildings and some Amiga info

Iridium - creating animated buildings and some Amiga info Creating animations can be challenging. This animation was created using Photoshop to first design the Building then using Apple "Motion" Software (similar to After Effects) to animated the glowing effects. Below you can see on the left the layers. These are then animated (fade on/off, move, bloom/glow effects used)

----- Amiga Related -----

I have a few future posted coming up soon related to Amiga development and look forward to posting them very soon.

- ProXima
- Amiga Copper Effect Editor
- Boss Machine
- Rygar

Recently I needed to knock back an opportunity to create some Amiga Demo scene work. I don't think I could dedicated enough time for extra work at this stage.

Amiga - Colour Cycling 001

I have always enjoyed many facets of the Amiga. Using either Brilliance 2 or Dpaint to create animations using the colour cycling palette option. The amazing thing about the Amiga is this trick can be created using the copper also (so only one colour used)

I'm creating 12 animations like this in 2019.
(only Patreons can see and download source IFF file) Can you guess what the next animation might be :)
